I am a fellowship-trained, board certified orthopaedic surgeon with NYU Langone on Long Island specializing in treating problems of the hand and upper extremity. I care for patients of all ages with a wide variety of problems affecting the hand, wrist, and elbow – fractures and dislocations, tendon and ligament problems, arthritis, nerve and vessel injuries, congenital hand differences, tumors, and amputations.

Fractures of the bones of the wrist including the distal radius and scaphoid (fracture and nonunion)
Wrist Ligament Tears

Injury to the scapholunate ligament (SL) and triangular fibrocartilage complex (TFCC) including wrist arthroscopy
Forearm and Elbow Fractures

Fractures of the forearm (radius, ulna) and elbow (olecranon, terrible triad, radial head, distal humerus)
Dupuytren's Contracture

Dupuytren’s contracture including treatment by minimally invasive needle aponeurotomy
Hand and Wrist Arthritis

Arthritis of the hand and wrist including the fingers, the thumb basal (CMC) joint, and the wrist
Hand Fractures

Fractures and dislocations of the bones and joints of the fingers, thumb (phalanx) and hand (metacarpal)
Nerve Compression

Compression of the median nerve (carpal tunnel syndrome) and the ulnar nerve (cubital tunnel syndrome)

Tendon problems and injuries of the hand and fingers including cut flexor and extensor tendons, trigger fingers, jersey and mallet fingers

Lacerations to nerves of the hand, wrist, and arm including nerve repair, nerve grafting, and nerve and tendon transfers
